We are looking for a self-motivated outside sales person to sell advertising to local businesses. Leads are provided. Renewals are protected! Hotels are pre-contracted. We are One Stop Hospitality, LLC , a industry leader with over 35+ Years of experience, who produces the in room guest directories, key cards, TV Channel Tents, and other hospitality products for the hotel rooms and front desk. These are the directories that have both hotel information and advertisements from local restaurants, shops and transportation services and are used by the guests for referrals. What You Need to Succeed: You must have recent (business to business) outside sales experience; ad sales not necessary, but outside sales is a must You need to be the type of person who can't wait to visit new businesses to present a marketing opportunity! You must be able to work independently and have good time management and organizational skills! You must need a good job and not just want one! (don't apply if you are looking to try something new!) "Accountability" is a must! 2+ years of b2b sales experience is a must. What's In It For You? Work with an established and stable company that has an A+ Rating with the Better Business Bureau Part Time or Full Time Opportunities Earning potential in the first year is $100,000+. $1800/$2200/week is an average gross weekly paycheck. There is commissions + expenses + bonuses and you are paid biweekly via direct deposit. We provide sales materials and everything you need to be successful right from the start Training available if needed. Travel is required. Depending on your home location, it might be up to 500 miles one way for home. Travel requirements vary location to location. We offer the ability to come on board with us under 2 options: 1) Employee of the company (Employment Contract + Forms): We cover you under Workman's comp, match FICA, Social Security, you are covered by unemployment, and receive a stipend monthly. The commission check is taxed. Commission Rates range from 30-40%. The social security and medicare option is a 7.65% match so that is the reason why the commission rates are slightly lower. The accounts receivables monies are paid different than the vendor contract. The terms and conditions required by an employee are different and a training manual with policies, etc will be developed. 2) Vendor for the company (Company Contract Vendor Agreement): You fill out the W-9 as a Individual/Sole Proprietorship, Corporation, LLC, Partnership, however you want us to pay and what entity to pay.
