Community Manager Brownwood, TX

A national manufactured housing community operator is looking for a Community Manager to join their team at a location in Brownwood, TX. This is a salaried position with competitive compensation, incentive bonuses, and room for career advancement. Come grow with us as we expand our portfolio. On site and remote training will be provided. The ideal applicant will have inside office skills and be willing to perform routine outdoor maintenance.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
* Perform property inspections to maintain curb appeal and to assess any maintenance issues
Oversees all operations including monthly billings, collections, evictions, expense control, management reporting and marketing needs.
* Follow up on all prospect leads and conduct showings on inventory homes.
* Sell, lease, and rent homes to qualified applicants.
* Drive marketing from new creative sources.
* Process all move:ins and move:outs in a timely fashion.
* Prepare, process and sign all leases and related forms
* Work with home office staff to ensure that leasing and reporting goals are being met.
* Supervise third:party vendors and maintenance staff.
* Strong work ethic a must.
* Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at the same time.
* Ability to think outside the box to solve problems
* Computer skills required including Microsoft office.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma required, college degree preferred.
Property management experience desired but not required
Experience managing staff and project management experience.
