This premier transportation company is currently seeking qualified, enthusiastic team drivers. As part of this company, the drivers are the most important part of the foundation. They are equally committed to safety and their drivers.

Overview

Drivers transport general freight, non-Hazmat, for dedicated customers in the Midwest, south and western regions. Freight is 99% no touch, mostly live load/unload, mostly single stop loads. Runs leave out any day of the week, and teams are out 90 days, then home one week with pay. Company will work around time off needs. Minimum 5,000 miles per week required. All miles paid. Opportunity to run more miles available. Company assigns dedicated sleeper cabs. Can take trucks home, with approval.

Compensation

$1,120 per driver for first 5000 miles per week
$0.46 per mile premium after 5,000 miles per week
$50 per hour (driver touch) load unload pay
Reviews every 6 months
Monthly safety bonus – up to $6,000 per year
Performance bonus
Customer service bonus
$2,000 retention bonus – paid out on anniversary
Fuel bonus
Referral bonus

Requirements

CDL-A
2 years tractor-trailer experience within a team or individually
