xF0B7; To provide leadership and management for the Facility
xF0B7; To supervise daily operations of the Facility.
xF0B7; To manage nursing, front desk and radiology staff.
xF0B7; Oversees closely the front desk operations.
xF0B7; To foster a customer service centered organization and serve as a model representative.
xF0B7; ...and most Market the Practice to the Community
xF0B7; Minimum of three years experience in
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
xF0B7; Effective communication skills: oral, written
xF0B7; Ability to set ones own schedule and manage own time.
xF0B7; Ability to effectively manage the activities and personnel.
xF0B7; Effective positive interpersonal and customer relations skills via telephone and face:to: face interaction; practices positive customer
.Physical Requirements:
xF0B7; Spends time each week marketing to the community.
xF0B7; Must have basic computer skills.
xF0B7; Experience in managerial and marketing departments.
Customer Service and Public Relations:
xF0B7; Maintain professional relationships with physicians and patients by assessing needs and levels of satisfaction.
xF0B7; Demonstrate a positive, friendly and courteous manner.
xF0B7; Identify, measure and document or review problems, inefficiencies or deficiencies.
Ensure effective communication with the following individuals and groups:
xF0B7; Patients and their families
xF0B7; Medical staff
xF0B7; Facility Contracts/Vendor Holders
xF0B7; Billing Company
Employee Management:
xF0B7; Demonstrate ability to delegate and/or supervise, orient, hire, develop, train, coach, evaluate, discipline and terminate direct reports.
xF0B7; Perform staff performance appraisals as required by policy.
xF0B7; Maintain accurate employee files and achieve positive working environment.
xF0B7; Establish an active process for identifying and recruiting staff.
xF0B7; Review and verify credentials, training, and education of staff in cooperation with the credentialing service.
